Payment Policy

Reception is open 7.30am to 6.00pm.
Check-in times – 1.00pm – 6.00pm.
Check-out – by 10.00 am.

Arrangements must be made with Reception for check-in after 6.00pm. Please call during office hours.

Payment to be made in full upon arrival/check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Off-Peak –
48 hours notice of cancellation or payment of first night’s accommodation.

Peak – Easter Weekend & Christmas New Year 24/12 to 14/01) – a deposit is payable upon booking and balance to be paid 7 days in advance. Payment is non-refundable.
